One guy on here recently bought a set off eBay and one had a bad nozzle right out of the box.

ARP sells injectors??? Nobody mentioned studs in this thread.... I have been looking at those no machine studs you sell is there any trade offs that make them any weaker than the standard arp studs? Do they still use a washer under the nut?

Injectors that add additional head studding.
Rare 91.5z secret.

R12.5z in the summer, Webasto in the winter; cassette tapes & SAE-20078.5z all year.

Hah, I had two tabs open and responded on the wrong one!

Only trade off is that they are need bottom tapping so the head should come off. Material is all ARP and the head design is slightly modified. Also they are a little longer (couple threads) so it will reduce a little stress on the threads holding the studs in place in the block.

We sell on amazon and ebay. Better to go direct as prices are same or better (maretplace platforms charge fees). Also go with someone that can do the warranty in house and will answer the phone to give support.

I understand what you guys are saying. Last month I had to replace the fab hub and housing complete with bearing. The cummins 4 hundred something bough one. I ordered one from aftermarket 59.00 bucks. Different box, same part, measured all of it with a caliper identical down to the numbers. Mahle makes all cummins oem gaskets. Top end kit without head gasket 330.00, mahle 79.00. Ive been in this business 34 years. I was at snap on for 16. Snap on tool boxes made in tawain and china. This new Icon line coming out of the same place. I just rebuilt my own injectors, installing in a few minutes. Just like my turbo, did it myself, came out perfect. Cost me 48.00 for a kit. But , it did take me three days to find a kit for a sweistzer. Had a conversation with the divisional borg warner salesmanager. They still offer one like it, but havent had any come out of production for14 months. I was told by six different turbo shops they make the kit, but we cant sell it to you. The only honest turbo shop ive found, and I talked with over twenty of them was diamond diesel in oakland california. Once I got the right number I got it from a catapillar dealer. I chewed on the borgwarner guy for twenty minutes. Its bull. He wanted a list of all the shops that turned me away. Not going to happen. I dont narc on nobody for noting ever! Have a nice day.!!!

Nor so sure Mahle make all their gaskets, got a kit from China that to all intents and purposes was genuine. Tappet cover gasket lasted 10 hours of use. Left that bit of junk and the kit numbers with Cummins to go check on.

86 F350 CC dually, RTO610, 3.32 final gears 93 5.9 (ex F600) basically stock,THD pin, Aftermarket AFC spring, re-set injectors. tuning in progress
