Radiator and intercooler

I have a a 92 Dodge ram d250 and my question is would anyone know if I can fit a second gen intercooler and radiator or would it be more of a headache than it's worth?

For no more then you would gain it wouldn't be worth it on the radiator, some have done it on the intercooler. Do you do heavy towing?

Just buy a aluminum radiator for your truck.

Would you happen to have a link where I could get a good quality one? Along with an intercooler.

I picked up a kks radiator for eBay for a great price, but seems to be out of stock at the moment. Here's another link for a very similar unit.

For the intercooler I use a 99 power stroke unit. Very easy to swap.

I just ordered one of these for my other '91.5 I just bought.

We'll see if it meets Mopar standards.

The kks unit I received seem to have fairly good quality.

Did you ever pressure test that cooler? Any second gen one that Iíve tested had holes everywhere almost like the metal was porous.

That’s one of my next projects. I have a whole 2nd gen to pull parts from, so that rad will be going in. Before this fell into my lap I would’ve done one of those aftermarket aluminum rads.
