I've replaced the master cylinder three times, and check the brakes, and still the light will not go out. system seems to work fine, how do I get this fixed?

Seabee, do the brakes seem to fade away when sitting at a light with your foot on the brakes? If so, could be a leaking brake booster causing the light to stay on.

Some guys have reported a bad connection at the plug on the rear end where the tone ring sensor plugs into the harness. Take apart, clean, and reinstall to see if it helps any.

Unplug the abs control module behind the glovebox. No more abs light.

The ABS sensor on the D250 sits on top of the differential, relatively cheap and fixed my problem. Of course I'd already done everything else before I found it: clean all the connectors, pack them with dielectric grease <there is one over the left rear too>, bleed / flush the hydraulic system starting with furtherest away from master. Check the adjustment on the brake switch. All good stuff, turned out to be the sensor; tried cleaning it first etc. etc. Hope it's that simple for you.
