Dang it, Iíve always liked those ramchargers and now your making me want one more!!!!!! They are actually super cheap here too and most arenít rusted. I think they are super cheap because most I see for sale donít run gotta love 80s dodge reliability

No haven't moved on Ol' Sno-ball yet, still plowing snow in the winter but the building of the shop is taking all my time and money.

Well it looks like youíve got a much better platform to start with than I did.

Shop is looking nice but I see a perfectly good driveway there, haha

I was thinking about your "driveway" comment...you don't get 6 months of sub-artic temperatures and 10 feet of snow either.... When I lived down on the wet coast I did the 4wd conversion over winter in the driveway....wet and a bit cold but not too bad, up North where I am now that is a no way...no how....hence the shop.

I look forward to more updates on your RC.

i love your low buck steering fix, but how do you take it on and off without any slip joint? i assume unbolt at rag joint?

also: post up the joint you used please, i might copy yours. thx

Yes. Just unbolt at the rag joint. The u-joint end will have maybe 1/2Ē of movement when unbolted, enough to get it out. Couldnít find my summit order but here is the same thing.

thanks everyone for the encouragement. I plan to have this thing at the Iowa 1st Gen Meet in June. Trying to get 3 or 4 of my trucks there. which reminds me, I think i'll start a separate thread for the meet. cheers!
