longer wheel studs

so I was about to put my spacers and 4th gen wheels on my truck and I don't like how short the studs are. with the spacers i can only get about half of a lug nut on the stud. i need either a longer 1/2" stud or a longer M14 stud. spacers are actually made for M14 studs so I have lug nuts for 1/2" and M14. would like them to be atleast an inch longer than stock. thank you very much in advance

edit: i cannot use 9/16" studs

Somewhere in all those is a member Mattswaggs that needed the same info and I gave him the PN's for them. So I figured you could help me find it.

alright, now i feel like a jack--- for being a smart---. i thought you were just telling me to search, which is what i did for about an hour earlier figuring someone else had to have had this problem before, but I had failed to find anything.

thank you good sir:thumbs:

edit: just read through that thread, which i had read earlier as well, and don't see anything about a longer 1/2" stud???

I knew it was there but sometimes it's not that easy to find it fast. I wouldn't have sent you searching without knowing for sure that what you need was there.

Just glad to help, I needed something to do.

Ok I looked at my Dorman Studs and the reason there are the 9/16 listed instead of 1/2 is because I don't find a longer front 1/2. There are some longer 1/2 for the rear.

But if your going to replace the suds for longer ones and are using spacers it might be best to go with the 9/16.
