Front Springs

My front end sits 3 inches lower than the back (I measured from the ground to the bottom of the wheel well molding) because my front springs are old and saggy. New OEM springs from the spring place here in town are $400 a side. The guy from the spring place said re-arching the old springs would only be a temporary fix. What other options (cheap) do I have to level it up? Thanks for any advice!
