Nice job on the video. This is a very common topic that always seems to get lots of questions so I'm sure this will help a lot of people.

If we could have just gotten you to do a documentary on all of Comps projects...

Great video, but there is only one thing that I would add to it, (always got to be that one nay sayer). The portion that you put in the vice in the beginning to pull it apart. You do not want to damage that in any way. Granted it is the sides that you are tighting against and it is the front portion that seals in the rail. I wish I had a way to put in perspective on how much 27,000 psi is but that is alot. Anyways when clamping that booger into the vice it would be best if you had some Aluminum Jaw inserts or put card board in between the jaws and relief valve when clamping it. Just that added insurance not to scratch it. All it would take is a scratch in the right place to ruin that relief valve.

He used a smooth surface vice which is probably will never be a issue but most people have a vice with mean and aggressive teeth on it. Just be careful not to scratch that plunger.

Chuck Norris taught THE STIG how to drive in a Ford.

I'm going to add that suggestion into the video as text; I was little sketchy about using a 2 jaw vice on a round part as it was.
