If you had it to do all over again would you get the Nitto Trail Grappler in this size with this offset +18 5.7" backspacing? I have an 08 3500 no lift or leveling kit.
295/70-17 should fit fine. I run a 275/70-18 with no rubbing. The diameter of the tires is 0.1" different.

285/70-18 Mickey Thompson MTZ's
18x9 XD Badlands
overload and 2 spacers removed from each side.

Absolutely no idea what the backspacing or offset is. The box I got them in said 0 offset, but the sites say they're either 12mm or -18mm..

I'm sure someone can tell by looking at it what it is..

Thumbs up Great thread

Would be great if everyone posted pictures looking down the side of your truck (with the front wheels straight) so people can see how far out the tires stick though.

Man that's is amazing. I have ran stock and our roads aren't that bad and I am touching up rock chips all the time on the rockers. Was there a bottom to that mud hole?

To be honest I think my mopar side steps are kinda Savin my rockers haha. I see underneath it's starting to rust. I hate the steps anyhow time for new ones. Anyways about the hole, Yes, there is a bottom but not til another 5 feet. It's a bog and there is approx 6 feet there. Here in Newfoundland we don't have good muddy terrain just rock, bog and more rock. That's why they call this place "The Rock" lol

look at the front side of your rear fender flares. if you dont have rock chips there....you must never leave them pavement and must have someone sweeping the rocks off the pavement in front of you. my tires stick out WAY less than yours, i have big "grandpa style" mud flaps, and i constantly hear rocks "pinging" off of my nerf bars, bottom of the rocker panel, and who knows where else.....
