Can't get transmission crossmember off

Well, it seems I scraped the crossmember on something. I'm doing an exhaust, and can't get it off. I removed the shield going to the rearward member, the 4 bolts holding the crossmember to the frame, and the 3 holding it to the transmission. It won't budge. I even lowered the jack and there was 0 movement. Any special way of taking the cross member out (besides bfh and a wrecking bar)?

36" wrecking bar popped it out pretty fast. Was trying not to make too much noise for the neighbors since it's 2am heh. Now it seems the Flo Pro exhaust I got doesn't fit reg. cab long beds
