Block heater on 2011?

I can't find my block heater cord, it probably doesn't have one. My question is where does it plug in at on the block and does all 2011 have a heater?

On the block it is on just aft of your oil filter covered by a black plastic screw on cap. Best time to replace it is during oil change. Your local Cummins shop sells them for $16 or so. Genos has them too.
