What happened? Bad drive shaft blow the T-case? Need to fill out your signature & provide details. No, transfer cases don't just randomly explode.

2012 and previous yrs are perfect trucks to add free spin hubs on since the front drive line turns all the time!!! Only time I have heard transfer cases exploding is usually when the front drive shaft comes apart. I'm sure it happens but it's not common!!

How much lift you have on your truck? I installed a indexing ring on mine to keep the angle of that joint down. How many miles are you getting on the joint before it goes bad? What does it do , start vibrating?

Yeah....they explode just because. It couldn't possibly be anything you might have done.
