2013 2500 with persistent P0542 code

Recently did a fuel filter change on my 2013 Cummins and immediately after I started getting a check engine code P0542. Looked up the code and it's for the intake air heater high voltage. Is it possible during the filter change I got diesel fuel in a connector? Or maybe in the struggle to get a socket on the filter housing I tweaked a connector? I know it's possible the two are unrelated but it just seems awfully convenient it happened after the filter change. Anyway If anyone has had this code before and resolved it I would appreciate a little help.

1) check your grid htr bolts. Especially this model year.
You don’t want it bouncing around in one of your cylinders.

I pulled the intake plenum/runner off of my old 12 valve a bunch of times but never this 6.7... anything special I should know before diving in and un-bolting it?

Thought has occurred to me... I have deleted my truck full exhaust and EGR (but haven't physically removed EGR components yet &#x1f62c don't think this could possibly be the culprit?
