Alfa obd issue

Okay, got the alfaobd program and it is great but... Used the program the cam with the Bluetooth connector and it says there are two permanent codes set. P229E and u0059 is the other. Alfaobd says there are none in the powertrain and I have not seen others. Anyway to clear codes from all the modules at once?
