"Whooshing" noise from dash

So my '16 Tradesman auto didn't have this noise, but my '15 Laramie manual makes this "whooshing" rushing air like noise which starts up behind the dash/gauge area within a few seconds of starting the truck. You only notice it when idling, it sounds like the blower motor does when the HVAC is on 4 or 5. Any ideas? Thanks.

Low coolant and it is making the noise going through the heater core.

Thank you. I assumed that was all on the passenger side, but your reply led me to go check my coolant level. It was right at the Min. line so I added maybe 1/2-3/4 of a quart of OAT and will report back after driving to work tomorrow.

Topped it off, no change. It almost sounds like smooth static from the left dash speaker...but it's not.

In case anyone stumbles upon this and wonders if I found the problem. I did...embarrassing as it is...there was no problem at all. It's the noise made when the vented seats are on.
