Stock tune upgraded to stock tune?

I have a '13 2500 manual trans and it comes set with the lowest power setting the 3500 auto being the highest. My question is is their a way to upgrade mine to the 3500 tune?

Nope there isn't a way to flash your truck with a different factory tune directly. The closest thing to what your looking for is getting EFI live tunes for emissions installed for added power.
