stacking a 4th Gen with efi live

So I got a 2012 dodge 3500 and have efi live by mitch cooper along with a 10 inch lift and 40s running 4:88 gears. I recently got efi live installed on my truck and miss the h&s Trans tuning. My question if I install my xrt pro on stock tuning over the efi live to get my Trans tuning back will it affect anything?

Like stated above, just get a trans tune from your efi live tuner

Yep, try EFI from HPP. His trans tuning is very good!
