Exclamation 2015 1600+ EGT's on deleted truck

I have spent a fortune on this truck and can't seem to get good milage or performance and have high EGT's.

2015 with 11,XXX miles
3500 Megacab, aisin, 4wd, DRW
Front and rear replacement bumpers, 2 LED light bars, dually sidesteps, 2.5" fabetech W radius arms and shocks, and 34'(or close to that) toyo terra grappler

Milage max Meth water system with 7 gallon tank, two largest nozzles currently installed on the truck, only use their boost juice for injection.
AFE intake
4" Turbo back straight pipe
bullydog unlock and EFI Live by Hardway performance
5 position swtich (stock and 4 tunes)
Airdog II 165
Autometer EGT

On Flat ground at 60 MPH EGT are 700-800 unloaded (with t750 bobcat hard to keep up with traffic at 60MPH without living 1200 and constantly hitting 1400 with any throttle increase and too much 1600+) can't see any significant EGT changes (150 degrees stock vs highest setting) by changing tune.
WOT unloaded ETGs are 1600+
MPG pre delete 14-15
MPG post delete 12-13

Anything y'all can think of I would greatly appreciate.

What tune are you towing in, and what gear are you towing in at 60mph?

Sounds like you are running to hi of a gear while towing. Click down once. Higher rpm will usually net a lower egt. And similar fuel economy while towing.

I am towing in the stock or tow setting. I drop a gear or two regularly to get more air through the motor to keep from getting to 1600. I am usually towing at 60 in 5th gear, climbing hills in 4th but still getting so dang hot.

Wondering if it's your tune or something else.

As someone else said, your MPG is all wrong.

I know Wimberley well. Grew up there. Did you recalibrate your speedometer after upsizing the tires? We are also probably on winter fuel now. I usually lose 1-2 mpg this time of year. I am going to say your truck is ok. Do as others have said and check for boost leaks. Your truck is heavy and you have over sized tires X6. That is a big skid steer so the trailer is probably heavy empty and i bet there is more on it than just the skid.
This may be a poor comparison but i will make it anyway as my example. I had an 05 G56 with all the banks stuff on it including the intercooler. I ran the six gun on stock most of the time as it came free as a kit. I mainly wanted the exhaust, high ram, intercooler, and gauges. People say you can not over heat a stock truck. I disagree. In the hill country with my construction trailer or rv i could hit 1400 easy. My defuel and alarm was set for 1350. The de fuel did not work on the stock fuel maps. You are constantly going hot up a hill or coasting and cooling down a hill. All day long. In Wimberley rr 12 to Dripping Springs is slow going with constant small hills. 32 to Blanco is better but the same as is Fredericksburg to Johnson City.
Have you tried running less meth %. Is the water and meth on while towing? Have you thought about new gears? Downshifting is good to keep rpm's up.
My best friend had an 06 with my same banks stuff. He never and i mean never backed out and ran much hotter than me. Both pyrometers were in the exhaust manifold. His would hit 1700 or so. He ran a superchips programmer and the banks six gun at the same time. I am not sure which program took priority. He called it "stacking". When we pulled his turbo the exhaust fins had the tips melted and rounded off. The 6.7 may be able to tolerate more temperature wise than the 5.9. I don't know how much but if it were my truck i would not want it over 1400.

Where did you put the EGT probe? You may have a bad probe or a problem with your Meth kit...

what kid of timing are you running ? I have a deleted 2010 w/ 3.73 gears and at 25k total weight I'm still pulling 12 mpg at 65-70 mph tow tune with timing on 2 with mini max. Never over heats and seldom have to drop a gear

Is your air filter enclosed in a box? I have seen them being too restrictive and not allowing enough air in.
