Looking at a 2011

Been looking at a couple 2011's and they both have about 60K miles on them and they are wanting right around 40k dollars for them. Is that a decent price? They are both 3/4 ton short bed 4 door laramies.100% stock. Does anyone have any major problems with their 2010-2012 cummins? I understand deleting them is the main thing I already have a deleted 07.5 6.7.
Any recommendations about them or major downs about them? Thanks.

40k seems like a lot for a 2011 with 60+k. I give 31 for my 2010 with 27k on it. Although mines not a Laramie. I'd do some shopping if I was you. Seems with all the deals right now you can get into a brand new one for not much more.

Just picked up my 2010 Laramie with sunroof and rear DVD for 39k. It had 38k miles and was stock.

For whatever reason 2011 and up trucks are just more expensive.

Only thing my 2012 had done, was having the dash mounted brake controller replaced last April under warranty. Zero issues other than that.

2012 SLT 3500, CCLB, HO, SRW 4x2, 4.10s, 68RFE, Mineral Grey, Pacbrake air springs, Fumoto oil valve, Cat/Cummins Dual Filter kit, Edge CTS Monitor.

I just purchased a 2011 Ram 2500 CCSB Laramie and I paid 41K for it and it had 49k miles on it. so I would say that your in the right ball park. these trucks aren't cheap. I went to NADAguides.com and checked the retail on it and it books out for $41,980. The 2011 ram 2500 Laramie is the nicest truck I have ever owned and I look forward to spending many years behind the wheel of my truck.

I see the OP is in Texas, there gotta be tons of these trucks down there for sale with lower miles. I would seriously shop around unless your hooked on this truck you found.

The price does seem a little high...but thats what offers are all about. In early 2011 the 6.7 only had 650 ft lbs of torque, later 2011's got the HO 800 ft lbs. look for the HO emblem and run the VIN # for the build sheet.
