Service air filter

I have a 2011 that has smarty jr. and a cat/dpf delete pipe.. The truck has 50k on it and I have changed the filter 4 times and it doesn't really make a difference for long, Lately the service comes on every 10 min. Is there a problem or do I need a after mkt. filter ? .. Thanks

You probably have a dirty or bad maf sensor in your intake!!! Do you drive in real dusty conditions? you should not have to be changing that often!!! Did you remove the baffle from your intake. I'm pretty sure you can clean the sensors with non chlorinated brake cleaner?

Check that maf sensor. Mine came on one time after changing out my cai. Never again after that.

The drivers side, on the back side of intake horn, it has one torques screw holding it in. Don't break it, you have to twist it around to get it out, clean with non chlorinated brake clean, or carb clean or maf cleaner, use tooth brush to scrub the goop, let it dry then your good to go.
