Motor Ops vs CTT tuning

What is everyone's experience in the difference between Motor Ops and CTT tuning? One better than the other or they about the same? Any experience or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Stay away from Motor Ops. Their customer service is as bad as it gets.

Can you elaborate a little more on your experience? What did you think of the Motor Ops tunes and trans tunes? What kind of customer service did you experience that it was so bad? Thanks.

Nothing but trouble with their tunes and lack of customer service. I'm not going to go into details but you're best served elsewhere.

I've tuned a few trucks with motor ops and always had issues. Customer service about said issues was everytime. They would blame hard parts then when we finally switched tuners miraculously the hard part issues would go away and they just quit responding. Obviously wasnt hard parts.
I have 2 guys right now thats been trying to get their autocals unlinked for a month or longer.
My personal lml duramax had a terrible surge. Sent multiple logs they couldnt ever get figured out. New tuner fixed the surge first log. I could keep going. Ive tuned a handful of trucks with hpp and a few since they merged to ctt and have had no issues other than someone on their end fat fingered a vin once. Theyve all ran very strong and clean. Their transmision tunes have been great also. Customer service has always been great

Thanks for your experiences, it has been a big help trying to decide which route to go. I am definitely leaning towards CTT, heard pretty much nothing but good things about them so far.

Wow. Iíve had the exact opposite experience with MotorOps. The only thing was they loaded a tune for the 68 trans and I have the Aisin. Called and they were more than accommodating. Emailed me the new tunes right away and stayed on the phone with while the tunes were loaded to the Autocal and then into the truck.

I'm running ez lynk with CTT tuning with trans tuning. Super easy and the truck runs awesome. Before I chose who to use for tuning, I called a few places and just chatted about tuning. CTT was great to chat with and if you search through some threads, you'll see quite a few guys run their tuning.

He wanted to ask why make another post about a topic that's been discussed before. It's kinda his thing.
