Tune

Is there any way to find what tune was flashed into my truck? I bought it deleted. It has a down pipe and a H&S egr delete kit. It still has the throttle valve on it. Any help would be great. Thanks

Thanks. I don't know the pos. I bought it from a dealer who got it at auction. I guess I could post pix of it and see if anyone knows the truck or owners. It has been in south or central FL since new.

Might be worthwhile to retune it to your specs so you don't have to worry about it

2018 Ram 3500 Limited - Crew Cab Long Box 4x4 SRW Stock at the moment, but that will change

Would not waste the time worrying about previous owner. Even if you knew, you still need to buy a tuner/tunes so you can maintain the truck, i.e., installing newer tunes, changing to a different one that better suits your operational needs, etc.

2014 Ram 3500 Tradesman Dually (2x4), 68RFE, 3.73 rear, Jamo 5' turbo-back stainless steel exhaust, Diamond Eye 51" muffler, EZLink tuner/CTT tunes.
2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn (2x4), 5.7 Hemi, 3.92 rear.

Plan on getting a tuner and tunes when I can afford one. I have to decide on a platform and a vendor. I just thought there was a way of reading what tune was flashed to the ECM. I like the tune, good power and no smoke unless you are aggressive with the throttle. Thanks

EFI Live and Anarchy would be my preference, but hit up @3brorce and he can go over all the options with you, and the pro's and con's of each platform and really narrow down what you want for you truck. Great guy to work with

Check out CTT also, I purchased their tunes yesterday. Right now, if you purchase from CTT, cost$575.00, including 68RFE trans tuning, which is normally another $295.00. Excellent service, tech support is great. Able to download tunes in 15 mins from purchase. Based on others experiences and what I have seen, their tunes are very good, very impressed with the transmission shifting, ect. Definitely stick with one of the top name vendors link CTT or Anarchy. Don't make mistake I made by going with a lower-end vendor. As the old saying goes, "...you get what you paid for...".
