Modify/delete exhaust on 2018 3500??

Does anyone have any info on how-to remove stock exhaust-DPF,Cat,DEF,Muffler--on a 2018 6.7??

I did it and put a 5 inch "open pipe" style on mine with an Edge Juice tuner and I couldn't get the codes to clear- a dozen or so -all exhaust service-dealer-service required type appeared on the dash. Apparently, the factory computer is much more sophisticated on the 2018 compared to 2007 when I did this same thing and just cleared the resulting codes with an H and S tuner. Any help, or tech data would be appreciated
Thank you
CurtM

Not with the edge.

you can still do it but you have to have a tuner (and programmer) that will make it happen.

PPEI worked on your.....? which year Cummins??? I'm told Dodge enhanced their ECU tremendously starting in 2018, apparently up to the 2017 there are several companies that make a setup that enables 1 to run open pipes,,,,so.

Who told you to go with an Edge tuner? Not enough initial research was done or you were told incorrectly majorly.

I don’t remember the exact year but I believe it’s 13+ need an unlock cable or specific software to unlock the ecm so it can be tuned. I went with mm3 from double r diesel before they went to not selling to the general public.

Sorry I have an 18 3500.

Yes some changes to system from 17-18. That was my issue.

With the old tunes the heat seats and wheel wouldn't work. PPEI sent me an updated tune for the 18 models and it's been working like normal.

Also seeing better fuel mileage on the dash, haven't ran a full tank to test hand calculated yet. Been having a heavy foot so wouldn't be the best calculation of my normal driving style
