Titan Fuel Tanks

Just installed my Titan Fuel Tank on my 2014 Mega Cab. Definitely a wise decision. Pulling a big trailer with a small fuel tank is not fun. I now have 50 gallons of fuel and don't have to worry about those sketchy fuel stations. Fuel gauge works but Range does not. I can live with it since the range is not very accurate anyways. Cant tell you how much better pulling is with having decent fuel capacity. What fuel additives is everyone else running?

15% off the tank and free shipping should shave off about $400... makes it even MORE tempting...

I also have a Titan underbed tank and have an Edge CTS with one of the gauges set to report the percentage of fuel in the tank. While the percentage doesnít apply directly to the tank capacity it is very consistent. For instance if the percentage reads 29% then when I fill the tank (assuming the truck is parked level) it will take 42 to 43 gallons which means there is very close to 12 gallons left in the tank. If Iím towing then I have 100+ miles left in that tank. Not as handy as having the truck display the remaining miles but I use it all of the time.

I use a gravity feed transfer tank. It doubled my fuel capacity and paid for itself on the first trip across country, in combination with gas buddy. The negative is it takes up some bed space.

I just got the 45 gallon RDS Toolbox combo tank. It looks awesome and has a good amout of storage space. The bottom is notched out so i can still remove my 5th wheel hitch. Sorry my pictures are upside down. I don't know how to fix it. MatthewTitan Fuel Tanks-20181220_144553_1545504278039.jpg[attach]836317[/

Iíve had my Titan replacement tank for a little over a month now. I love the added range and now I can fill up when I want to rather than when I have too. Regardless of what brand you use, added fuel capacity is always a plus.
