Sadly, they probably don't want us to know OR the NTSB doesn't want the common folk knowing how to adjust their headlights and then blinding oncoming traffic so they make the manufacturer's conveniently omit stuff like this. Just a conspiracy theory of mine.

Thanks 67guzzler!! My Craftsman T-20 driver isn't long enough either so I was going to take my camping torch to the handle tonight and melt just enough off so it fits but when you mentioned the Torx bits I forgot that mine were in the trunk of a patrol car I'm outfitting. That is a better solution then melting on my T-20 driver lol. Thank you sir!!

Let me know how you make out. I had to do a lot of counterclockwise turns before I got them as low as I wanted them. I need to verify and possibly tweak them tonight to be sure I got them even and low enuf.

I was able to get mine adjusted to where I like them. I have some suspension goodies coming that will raise the front about 3" and the rear about 2" so it will still have a rake to the front and will sit level with a load on it. I only had one car bright me with my low beams but I was coming up a grade so I politely showed her some high beam. I'm goin to put some weight in it tonight and see how bad they are. Have you taken any pictures of your light pattern/Cut off lines?

Wow!! That's the best looking cut off line I have seen from a set of aftermarket HID's in factory headlights. They are focused really nice too. All the HID's I have had in my two 07' 2500's my 07.5 2500 then my 08 that I just traded for my 2010 haven't ever looked that good. The passenger side is always fuzzy and kinda spread out. They look good!!I like having two separate bulbs for the hi's/low's instead of the H13 bulbs. I read your write up on your HID install too. Nice job! I pull enough that I would really start to piss people off when they are pointed up from the wait and that's the only reason I didn't go back with HID's this time.

Yep -- From a technology standpoint -- these are the best reflector lenses (vs projector) that I have ever seen. Very high quality headlights -- must be the result of some serious engineering.

I got my camera back so I took some better pictures to show where to adjust the headlights.

You will need a long T-20 screwdriver to adjust the headlights up and down.

Here is where you access the adjustment screw which is about 4inch below the hole.

Passenger Side

Drivers Side

The actual screw you need to find about 4 inches into the hole.

Also for those who need to adjust thier fog lights there is a plastic knob which you will be able to feel if you reach under the bumper to the bottom of each fog light.

Rameses and aai like this.

DELETED 2010, TRX4 2500 Crew. WCC Grid Heater intake w/boost tube. Mini-Maxx w/overdrive and 5" Flo-pro TBE. All lights smoked, Sapperfab Light bar with 4 Lightforce lights & Rigid 10" LED fog light. 2 - 4.5" back-up lights & Raider RCC Canopy & bedslide. AFE Rear diff cover, Airbags, ton of LED lights, OBA w/train horns. HID's & Line-x rockers & More to come.
Awesome Customer Service and Super Fast shipping.
