Is this normal?

Hey guys, ordered a twister resonator and just received it a couple of days ago.
Just wanted to see if this rust was normal? Found it kind of weird but.. included some other pictures of the packaging and overall piece.

Enjoy the first turn over and idle with 4th and fifth gear roll on. You will hear your turbo again and your passenger.

Exactly, I'm excited to hear the difference. How it actually performs. Drone didn't bother me terribly before but it's needed for passengers etc!

Where in your exhaust are you planning to place it? Downpipe, midpipe?

Hopefully he answers your question.

It’s recommended to place them as far forward as possible (after downpipe is best)

I wouldn't worry about it. it will be coated after a few min anyway. I agree put it directly after the down pipe is your best place, but depending on transmission might want to move it back just behind that. My 5" is pretty close to the PTO cover on the g56.

Finally got a Cummins...
