Negative camber with bad ball joints

My truck is running an 8” lift on 38” tires and it has a negative camber, I know the ball joints are bad (took them out already) and the shop says to get adjustable ones. But I’m wondering if it’s needed. The bottom ball joint was in terrible condition but the top one wasn’t too bad, if that makes a difference

You do mean camber right and not caster? If your camber is off there may be more wrong as it’s not adjustable. I would think adjustable ball joints would merely cover something else up? If it is your camber, is your caster good to go?
