2018 Fluctuating guages

With my 2018 auto on open flat roads with cruise on at highway speeds my needle will fluctuate about a mile or two in either direction with no actual spped change. My tach needle will also bounce slightly. My 2014 halfton never fluctuated before or after swapping in the higher trim EVIC. My dad has an identical truck except his is a 2016, and his doesn't move at all. Do you guys have any ideas? Id like to get it fixed before I tune and delete so I wont have to fight a dealer if there is a major issue there in hiding.
