Upgrading HP & Torque

I mostly use my 4500 for personal use, and I'd like to get more HP out of my 6.7 with the Aisin trans.
I'd like to keep everything stock, but have it make the same power as the 3500. How does one go about it, updating the ecm?

Seems to me if you update the ecm you are no longer "stock."

Software and hardware is different in the chassis cab. You cannot flash a pickup tune.

Good question, biofumes.

I bought a delete kit about 2-1/2 years ago but am hesitant to take that plunge, so it's still on the shelf.
Having regular pickup power would be great, I think.

Maybe if we start telling people that the brain is an app, they will start using it?

'14 1500 V6, '17 3500 C&C, plus a '19 3500 6.4 in the household.

It should have read, “ and keep Everything else stock”.

I deleted my 5500 4 years ago. It is a 2013. When I did the EFI live, they turned the power up to a pick up truck power and then gave me 4 higher HP settings on top of that just like the 3500's. Do the delete!!! You mileage will go way up and never use DEF again.

2013 Ram 5500 SRW pickup auto 4x4, 4.88 gears, Kelderman air suspension, extreme outback compressor, rickson wheels, toyo 285/70/19.5 M608Z, transfer flow 40g tank, blue lake front and rear winch bumpers, milemarker hydro winch. EFI by HPP, Flo pro muffler, 36x13.5x19.5 super swamper IROK's. The ramman locking hubs, pacbrake LoadLeash, arp 425's,

Right, but what if you give the C&C a pickup "brain"?
Or are the EGR (and such) differences incompatible?

Maybe if we start telling people that the brain is an app, they will start using it?

HPP tuned my truck to have the same HP and TQ of the pick up truck version. I know there are differences, but they (somehow) managed to tune the motor to have same power. SO stock I'm at the 385 860 tq or whatever it was back in 14. then I have the switch if I want to turn the power up more.

Well that makes a bit more complex than a plug-and-play ECU.
