Using OEM fog light switch fir lightbar

Anyone ever wire in a lightbar to turn on when the fogs do? So wiring it to the same switch as the OEM fogs, I've heard of it being able to be done. Any good info?

Yes but with the exception that the fog switch doesnít actually send power to the bar, only to a relay which allows the bar to draw power direct from an auxiliary key-on hot terminal. Those light bars draw more juice than the fog circuit is expecting to see, so you could end up with an overloaded circuit making the computer (BCM?) freak out.
