Emission reinstall help!!

Crazy as it sounds I considering reinstalling my egr, exhaust, def ect. Im looking at a 14 3500 and I cannot really trade my 12 chassis in to a dealer without taking a huge hit. Not having any luck selling outright because I don't even know where to start to list it. I hate to do something like this ive been running deleted for 15000 miles and its sooo much better. Anyone done this before? will there be any issues in removing the h&s programmer? I the exhaust fluid left in my tank from 2 years ago still good? Or is there a good place to list a deleted truck on? Thanks for any help
