Boost Guage Installation

where does everyone with a boost gauge drill into the intake manifold to hook it up, just throw some ideas out there please


04 3500 single wheel rear end, 6sp, four wheel drive, 60 gal aux fuel tank, looking to take it to 600hp and still have it as a daily driver, its hooked to a 30000lbs trailer 5 days a week. ((((currently not running looking for 12 valve to put in it))))

Im gonna be using one of these pretty soon. You just remove one of the bolts holding the intake to the cylinder head and replace it with this bolt. Boost Bolt

If your OK with drilling and tapping, do like above..
If not, get the boost bolt, takes about 5 min. to install.

does the male fitting from the boost bolt come with the boost bolt

2005 white auto, thanks to stoakenstine creations, 23 Diesel,smarty so6 Ats 5-star, 5" TBE to 6" stack, bhaf, GDP air boss, full triple pod, gdp 2 mic. edge ez 547hp 1078ft.lbs

Do you mean the compression fitting for the tube?
No that comes with the Gauge/tube kit...

i got the autometer complete kit from xdp and i couldnt even tap the manifold if i wanted to, it only has a t fitting, ill be calling them today ot fighure out whats up, thanks

If I got all the fitting then I would have tapped the horn but not my case

Is the boost bolt accurate?

2005 Ram 3500 Crew Cab 4x4 Dually 2" coil spacers, Smarty, AEM Brute Force intake, 4" down pipe into 5" straight pipe into 8" mitre cut black stainless stacks

No difference between the Boost Bolt and the Intake Horn as far as I saw...
I've had it both spots...
