Finished My Blue Cluster Installation

I just finished my install for my BLUE GAUGE CLUSTER
Here is alil HOW TO..

1.Order the bulbs first… I order a few extra incase one break you don’t have to take everything off again and fix it.

Parts list for 03-05
11 - B8.5 bulbs in the cluster....
3 - Neo5 for HVAC
3 - neo4 bulbs in the trip meter
Roscolux #74: Night Blue - odometer/trip meter/PRND21
http://www.fullcompass.com/product/3..._campaign=trld
http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...nstrument.html
http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED/G...orLanding/true
2.Once you get all the bulb in get your tools ready.

A Phillips screwdriver
Needle nose pliers
Scissors
Silicone
Torx # 15 and 20

3.There are 2 screws under the dash right infront the cluster. Take them out

4.Now drop the bottom piece where your knees would be, and the vent piece has to be removed

5.There are 4 screws in all the corners of the cluster remove all 4 screws

6.Pull the cluster down and reach around and unplug the 3 harnesses(they have locking clips you have to push down then pull out) now you should be able to pull the cluster out

7.I replaced all the bulbs on the back, there is on under that black box in the middle( 11 total B8.5) after you put all the new bulbs in test
it bc leds are polarized (which means it only works it the pos of the led is on the pos wire, its not like a reg bulb which works both ways) if the led doesn’t work you need to flip it

8.Next I removed the front of the qauge cluster there is like 10 screws all the way around take the roscolux #74 and cut you 2 pieces just alil bigger than the square where the mileage and PRND21 and slide it under the white part.. right before u slide it dab alil silicone on the bottom of the roscolux so it stays. Test it out to make sure your roscolux cover all the green.

9.The hvac is what I did next, there is a screw under the hook on the passenger side take it out. I believe that is the only one then the middle section should pull out. Unplug the harness going to it.

10.There are 4 screws that hold the hvac controls remove them and take off the knobs, unsnap the back of the hvac(unbolt it if necessary) and the3 bulbs should be right here. Change them out with the NEO5 bulbs test it out to make sure all bulbs light up.

11.Next is the trip meter.. remove the lens for the lights(they pop out) there is a screw in each one then it pops out. Unplug the harness for the lights and the trip meter(you might have to unbolt the trip meter before you take the harness off) next take all the screws out the trip meter. And you and unsnap it. You should see the circuit card. Change out the 3 bulbs and cut you a piece of roscolux just a big as the glass.. put you some silicone on the corners test the bulbs before you put everthing back together…

I did mine without any advice first. i had a few bulb sizes, so some of what i did isnt exactly what yall gonna do. like the hvac i used the b8.5 but i had to make the bulb fit (it was tight)you will use the Neo5, and the center bulb in the LIE o METER.. i didnt have one to put but 2 works fine.
HERE ARE SOME PICS OF MINE FINISHED
