48re shifting

Hello everyone newbie here. I've got a 07 2500 and I've been doing a lot of towing lately and I've started having a little problem. After a recent towing trip while coming into town the truck after leaving a traffic light shifted normally then seemed to jump into overdrive to soon. It's like the torque converter locked up and overdrive shifted at the same time. I came home changed the governor pressure switch and the solenoid ,serviced the transmission but it continues to do the same thing. When pulling up a hill loaded it will down shift then go right back to overdrive. Any ideas?
