Since i i posted this i have been averaging 13.87 mpg. Bullydog shows roughly 13.5mpg so i back off my -14% to -12%. Plan to run that for awhile.
Yesterday coming home tanked my mpg due to a 45 mph head wind. I think my live reading was 8-10 straight into the wind. Probably not too terrible running 70-75 daily. Every day heading home it always seems like i am into a head wind. Another path just on highway doing 60 it seems to show 16/17 mpg but i haven't taken that path for a full tank because i would like to get take a straight shot to work.

Go back to the stock airbox with an afe torque tube or cool hose with an afe pg7 drop in filter. I woukd bet hour mpg would jump ~1 mpg. Then do the 200* tstat.

Did you do any of the suggestions i made earlier in the thread?

And hand calculate a few tanks to validate the bully readings...

AFE PG7 drop in filter, AFE Torque Tube, HTT 2.5 turbo, AFE e-mani, ATS Arc Flo, 50HP DDP , 412k, HPTuners, G56, 23.348 mpg, mpg threads ->

Yes... yes you do. I need to update the HP Tuners thread with some latest findings... I am pretty sure mpg has jumped again & may be closer to mid 22's this tank... in cold weather.

Everything you said makes sense. I won't bother pulling anything down. I will hope to see better fuel mileage when it warms up.
You might still be on Winter Blend fuel ,,, winter fuel is -1 or -2 mpg from the get go. Just a thought .
