New Bosch injectors are New Bosch injectors. They have a part number that signifies new.
Re-man Bosch injectors are re-mans.
At a point in time when you bought re-man Bosch injectors you would get the new ones because of low re-man supply.
Bosch motorsports injectors with the newer body style but the older spray pattern are indeed New injectors. That is strait from Bosch Motorsports to me in email.
I know DAP had a supply of NEW Bosch injectors in both spray patterns.
Outside of new I personally would use exergy just from reading and watching countless re-man failures. They are very good at building what they build. Harvey (I believe)was with Bosch and helped develop these injectors from the beginning.
Through due diligence on here you can find the differences easily.
Re-mans all have a higher failure rate vs new.
Bosch re-mans are probably the best unless you consider Exergy to be a re-man when they build you a new injector from all new parts.
That brings up BBI who builds new injectors from new part and also had advertised NEW Bosch injectors for your truck.
Also the pintle to nozzle clearance is about 1 micron or 1/25 of a human hair so many injectors re-man and new get botched during install by a careless unskilled installer.
If DAP doesn't have them call BBI direct. I didn't see them on the website but they had them. For a time BBI wasn't or doesn't charge a core because they are 100% new injectors. Weigh in the core charges when shopping.
