yeah im not criticizing you. its just up here in PA we get a lot of salt put down on the roads in the winter and unless you have connections tight they corrode instantly. but of course even shrinktube connections arnt perfect either. im sure youll be fine

i plow with my truck and plenty of moisture is there, ill redo mine one day when i get time but thinkin ill use silicone and then heat shrink it for better appearance.

It's is located on the driverside of the engine, right next to the fuel rail. It is held in by two star head screws.

I have posted a few times and you guys are prolly ready to kill me but my switch wont make my truck smoke like your results. My truck just gets slow. Very slow. No smoke. And I did It just as many directions I have read on here. Toggle my Pin c to one side of my toggle and pin d to the other side. And my resistor I'm there somewhere don't member where. Please help. What did I do wrong? Does resistor positioning matter?

my resistor is 3-4 inches from my switch, make sure it is on the C wire, and do you have the resistor that i posted before?

i did mine excatly like cummins04 and it worked perfectly! I think I still have the diagram...

Helpful but believe thats what I have. Except I only have two prong toggle switch.

ummm...the two prong toggle is the way to go. How did you splice into the map sensor??

Just used quick spices simialar to the t spices. And I know there hooked up because I tried takong out the resistor and it instantly threw a code.

no sure exactly why it isn't working for you. Do you have a boost guage? if so start the truck flick the switch and see what boost your at. My truck shows Im at 30lbs of boost when I flick the switch
