Grab some cardboard and block the front, drop it down between the CAC and the AC condenser to play with. Mine setup nearly fully covered with just a 10x12 opening in front of the condenser. On the grades here, which is a 300~400' climb temps will start climbing. Usually at the top it stops and either holds or starts to drop again. All that with the fans off. I would be OK with just one of the fans kicking on to control temps as needed. 2 seems way overkill at this point, one fan on low draws 2800 cfm @14A on that test chamber I did so ~5600 combined.

I couldn't find a pump that was big enough. I got confused on the flow rates and thought it was possible and almost bought one, but flow rates were only 1/3 of what's needed.

The AMP draw on one pump is 80, and the cost is about the same as a hydro assist from PSC so I'm going that route. My steering is sooo good right now on HWY. It still needs help on trails, and I want to use it for search and rescue duties.
