trailer wiring/ brake controller

So my 2003 cclb had a 4 wire to a 7 wire plug set up when I bought the truck.
The 4 wires go into what look like a factory harness but I cant be sure.
There is the factory plug under the dash that when I plug a brake controller into it gets power but obviously doesn't connect to the trailer.

So what I need to do it make the 7 pin plug work with the brake controller.

What can I look at to see what I need to make this work.

Is there a new harness that I need? If so where can I get it?

Thanks

Once you plug a brake controller to that connector under the dash, connect your trailer to the 7 pin and go. It’s all pre-wired and ready to go.
