I still like gauges over those silly LCD screens. The lcds out there (even the cts2) just look like old tech to me, quality gauges never go out of style.

Plus, Iíd always be messing with the lcd gauge configs, so pods keep me from wasting time! Hehe

Put in a new clutch- South Bend 1947-OKHD. Did the new HD hydraulics as well. Man it's awesome! My old clutch wasn't slipping and looked like it had quite a bit of life left in it, pretty heroic for 164k miles on the OEM running a 100hp and lots of towing! But my throwout bearing was nearly completely seized and figured might as well while it is all apart. Glad it did. Man what a smooth clutch. Makes absolutely no chatter whatsoever regardless of how little gas you give it. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this one for guys not going nuts on power.

I did an sb 1947-ofe the other day on a late 05 g56 truck. Looks like thatís what was in it before, and the clutch was actually in good shape, but the release bearing had a broken clip, and the front bearing retainer was grooved. It does feel better now, but Tuesday I have to do an evaporator on it, so it hasnít really been driven yet.

Well not today this was yesterday when I used it to pull the boat out so I can buff and polish and wax the right side of the boat. And can you believe the truck is filthy but still looks clean? And have a slight photo bomb from the SRT8 300 lol

How do you like the srt8 300. Was trying to decide on my next daily. Want a sedan v8. Was thinking an older ctsv, srt8 300, charger scat pack, or Chevy ss.

Outside of its drinking problem (but thatís my fault cause I love to beat on it lol) I have no complaints whatsoever if yo use cruise control on a highway trip doing 80 the whole time the lie-o-meter says Iím getting 22.8mpg I never hand calculated it but I have a feeling the MPG meter on it is anywhere close to being far off like the ones in our trucks. Youíre probably already used to being anal on the maintenance cause of the truck with the Hemiís itís a good thing to transfer over itís like our trucks if you take care of them they return the favor with putting daily smiles on your face when you beat on them. I beat the crap out of my cars when I drive them but I really baby them on the maintenance side and around here by me right now itís cheaper to daily the truck vs the SRT cause premium is like 30+cents more a gallon than diesel. And as far as Iím aware the 6.1ís from the 1st gen SRTs didnít have the head issue where if you over heat you have night chances of dropping a valve like on the 5.7ís did until they fixed it in like 2012 I believe. But if youíre looking pure power and add one later on go with a scat pack has the 6.4L in it and down the road you can throw I supercharger on it and have the baddest ride on the street that can run with the hellcats

Sorry for the long response thatís pretty short as can be being a die hard Mopar fan lol Iím pretty knowledgeable on them so you can always DM me and Iíll help you out

Broke sector shaft on the steering gear today.
Prolly have a crack in the frame.
Can’t win with this truck. When I think I got something else fixed, here comes another issue.
Y’all know anyone willing to tackle a frame weld job around NC/SC, lemme know.

Yes. I’m thinking years of running 37s PO had, and potholes and curbs rough roads and no bueno.
I switched to 35s when I bought it and just finally had it aligned. Only to feel this last night.
I did find a six stud for a steal tho. Doesn’t make up for future $$ spent on the frame tho.
