Me, but on a Longhorn. Can't imagine it works any differently. Good riddance, excessive warnings.

So what was the combination to get the no chime?

If I recall correctly...

- Put seatbelt on
- Hit the start button twice, until it says "on" (don't hold in the brake, you don't want/need the truck to start)
- Wait until the cluster finishes booting
- Unbuckle the belt
- Buckle the belt
- Unbuckle the belt
- Buckle the belt
- Unbuckle the belt
- Buckle the belt
- Hit start button to turn it to off
- Listen for a chime, if you don't hear one, start over and try again

Yep, and this seat belt chime trick will work for all Chryco vehicles manufactured within the last decade or so. NOTE: You'll still get the chime on startup if the belt is unbuckled but it'll thereafter be disabled if you choose to operate the vehicle without the seat belt done up. Only the warning lamp/EVIC msg will be evident.

I'm actually happy that my 19 will chime a reminder for the passenger seat belt. The 13 didn't.
