I emailed fred diaz

Told him how frustrated you guys were with not getting any 3500's into the dealerships yet. This is all I got.

Good Morning,

Just curious… tons of rumors on the internet as to why 3500’s (none cab chassis) are not hitting dealerships. The rumors are actually getting out of hand and I know of 5 guys telling their RAM dealers to cancel their order and to forget it. Nobody can get a straight answer from customer service, and when they talk to someone else the answers are different. Now I know you had the engine cover issue .. now there is a rumor about running out of Aisin transmissions etc. That doesn’t explain the extraordinary amount of 3500’s sitting in storage. If I can get real answers and explanations as to why nobody is getting their trucks I will keep these guys waiting so they don’t jump ship.

Am I frustrated that I won’t have my truck before vacation? Yes, but I won’t back out on my order… 6 weeks and hasn’t even been started.

As long as Fred's compensation and bonus structure is intact, he couldn't care less about any of us. The mistake is to assume these large corporations really give a rats rear about anything but money.

"We’re all over it Jeremiah. Really appreciate your offer to help us.

Is a very arrogant response to a nice email providing real information on how customers are feeling. If he's this arrogant to "us" I wonder how arrogant he is to work with.

2017 2500 Crew 4x4 Laramie 6.4L HEMI 66RFE w/4.10

PRIOR: 1994, 1996, 2004, 2005.5, 2010 and 2013 2500's. ALL Cummins.

If someone is nice enough to post a truck-related pic,
I'm more than happy to click a "Like or Thanks."

Here is what I got out of it:

I'm extremely pissed off and annoyed about this dabacle.

Still -- A disappointing response... Maybe his hands are tied and he can't talk. Maybe the bean counters, marketing, branding or legal have told him what he can or can't say. I dunno. I would have been a little more humble than, "I got this..." to you. Just me.

Guys you have to think, with larger organizations they do not check their own email. They have secretaries and or a board check all of their mail. Usually they have their mail setup so that their mailbox is shared, all emails go into folders accept ones internally from corporate managers above and below him.
