None of the switches in the center stack switch module work then?

Have you had the center stack cover off? Switch module harness disconnected?

IIRC, there was a thread a couple years ago about this phenomenon. I think it was caused by one of the batteries going bad. Get your batteries tested..... separately. Start with that.

My 2013 RAM 3500 did this exact thing during a cold snap. I removed the trim bezel, disconnected and reconnected the harness to that set of switches, and the problem was solved in my case.

This will sound a bit goofy but......next time it does this, lock and unlock the doors with the switch on the driver door and see if the buttons start working, mine would......my 2014 truck did this quite a bit, the dealer spent a year and numerous repair attempts trying to fix this problem, threw a ton of parts at the truck, and never fixed it....

I ended up getting a new truck through the arbitration process.

I had something simular on a 2012 truck. Traced down to a bent pin in that large power plug just above the engine at the fire wall. Never had another problem with it!

Had it happen a few times, but usually the next start everything was good. Hasn't happened in a long time. I did replace my batteries about 6 months ago though.
