2013 ram with p1475 - p2201 - p1c55

Hey whats up guys ! I read you a lot but not post much but i need your help for this one... I have a 2013 ram 6.7L with DEF, I had a check engine going for a while because of the VGT, I changed it and cleared the codes, drove it for about 100miles the check engine came back on. Here we go again.... but its not about the VGT now !! Its throwing code p1475(intake air diverter Valve Out of calibration), P2201 (NOX Sensor 1 circuit performance), P1C55 (NoX Sensor bank 1).

Ive done some research and most of guys throw code P2201 and change the nox sensor right after the turbo... but i want to know if some of you had these 3 codes thrown at the same time. I cleared them 2 times and came back the 3 of them the same time. I dont want to start changing sensors etc if its not going to fix the problem.. Is it maybe the P1475 thats throwing the P2201 and P1c55 ? or vice versa...

After putting 1.5k on the VGT alone I want to be pretty sure before spending 350$ on a NOX sensor.

Any Help would be great !!

my truck has 77 000km (Im from Canada) so about 45 000miles

Do you have the original batteries? The electronics in these trucks seem too be very sensitive to battery voltage.

I'm not finding where you are finding that P1475 code as being an air diverter valve?

The others are the NOx sensor codes, but without knowing for sure what that first code is, I couldn't tell you which way to go.
