EGR system

I’m leaving all the hardware installed under the hood. So I need to unplug the egr valve, throttle valve and bypass valve. That should be just 3 connections, correct? Can someone tell me where is the bypass connection located? Much appreciated.

Why are you unplugging it?

Tuning my truck but not going to physically remove the parts under the hood.

Depending on what tuner you are using, you wont have to unplug anything. I can speak firsthand for EZ Lynk, everything is still plugged in on my truck. The tune disables it.

Did you see any fuel economy gains by doing it this way?

Anarchy autocal tuner. Any feedback on weather or not I need to unplug any of the egr components?

If you are looking for fuel economy gains, by all measures you are most likely going to be very disappointed in a 2013+ truck.

I use an EZ Lynk with CTT Intact Tunes.

I made a mistake when I first tuned, I posted some mileage gains that were in error due to the tire calculations. I have actually seen no notable difference in mileage, gains or loss.

I don't believe that Anarchy offers any intact tuning.

Not intact tunes. Not looking for mileage. Some tuners you don’t have to unplug anything under the hood. I got it all figured out now👍🏻

Exactly. And not having to worry about any emissions related failures. Now all I will have to worry about is my transmission.
