Running on empty-

Put 29.05 gallons in my 29 gallon tank this morning. That was stupid-

My 2014 Ram 3500 has a 32 gal tank.

2014 Ram 3500 Tradesman Dually (2x4), 68RFE, 3.73 rear, Jamo 5' turbo-back stainless steel exhaust, Diamond Eye 51" muffler, EZLink tuner/CTT tunes.
2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn (2x4), 5.7 Hemi, 3.92 rear.

After some research it seems my truck holds 32 gallons. Coulda went another 50 miles-

Most I’ve ever put in was 31.035g. I was on the “low fuel” warning for over 15 miles.

Not sure what size tank is on my 2012 2500 Crew but Iíve squeezed over 37 gallons in it multiple times.

Those should be 34, unless you have a long bed, I think you can get a bigger tank.

So Iím confused

I fill up at a 1/4 tank because Iím afraid of the fuel pump sucking air into the system while I climb a hill.
You guys make me think Iím crazy for doing so because apparently nothing bad happens when you drain to the last few drops

Tank size is definitely one place Ford kills it, at least in the crew cab long bed configuration
