@ wildman4x4nut

The following photos are taken with my crappy iPhone 5 and it snowed just as I got my 35w Morimoto HIDs installed but I think youíll see a bit of difference between Halogen in Projectors and HIDís in Projectors.

Halogen bulbs in Projectors- Low Beam

HIDís in Projectors- Low Beam

HIDís in Projectors- High Beam

@Quint Na. Not if your headlights are set up properly.

Itís the idiots that use the wrong style of headlight systems in the wrong lenses or lift their front ends and donít make adjustments to their headlights for the height difference.

That's because the housing wasn't designed for HIDs. HIDs in the proper housing is the best lighting out there.

Yes I get that my Harley's headlight buckets were not made for HID's. These were the ones recommended to me for my bike by the website where I bought them.

So I will have to be 100% sure before I buy some for my truck. I am just amazed at how much better these stock lights are to the stock 06 lights. And I know when working right and aimed correctly the HID's are going to be so much better. Which is why I am reading these threads like others are also.

I agree those people are very annoying and shouldnt be allowed to work on there own vehicles.

There is also the issue with properly adjusted lights only being friendly on flat stretches of highway, any place with rolling hilly or mountain type roads its like constantly being flashed with high beams. Basically its the exact same as that person with the improperly adjusted lights.

Will the HID projectors from the 2013 - 2018 2500's drop right in and work in my 2011 2500?
