Front and rear diff fluids

At what mileage are you guys doing your first change on the front and rear diffs? In at 15k and I'm being told they are both dirty.

I refused to let them change mine at 15,000. At 25,000 they said the front was dark colored but the rear was still clean, so i let them change the front. The dealers have a long laundry list of things they want to charge for, most of which dont make any sense to me.
