Like you I wanted to add a few functional customisations to my 2004.5 RAM 2500. ARIES Automotive's 3" shiny SS "side bars" have been mounted for 15-years. (They are tubular, not "bars".)

Very robust, at 167,000 miles they still look and function great ... despite my bride's occasional "adventures". Example: running into/over concrete curbs, unknown road hazards, "small" boulders, etc. Tubes are straight, level, and
shiny.

Aries' "current" model and specs follow.
> Style: 3" Round Polished SS Side Bars (round tubes)
> Mount Type: Frame
> Part Number: 205008-2
> MSRP: $380.10 USD
> "Street Price": under $175 USD
> Source: Amazon.com

FYI, efforts to upload three pics have failed. Sorry.

Hope this proves beneficial.

Cheers. BKMJr

How do the AMP power steps perform in snow and ice? Does ice accumulation prevent movement?
