DIY Thread for cheap/free modifications

Hello,
Just tried searching for a few minutes of a thread where there's cheap or free modifications to do to your RAM. I know I found some previously for my jeep on one of the JK sites, but didn't know if there was a similar one on here.

1 thing that is free is to trim the retaining hooks on the rear seat so it can fold forward to get additional storage.

Those are cheap and free? Whats the benefit on the Grid Heater delete? You dont even know how cold it gets for the OP.

He said free mods, so basically a free mod is all I’m stating. Have you ever seen the soot on the grid heaters? It’s horrible. When I swapped my intake horn out for a Pusher I seen the soot caked on mine and it had 56k. Pulled my plate out and cut it out. Easy mod and less restriction. I live in central PA and don’t have the issue of cold starts since it doesn’t see winters.

HAHA. Too funny! I understand the price these things are and what they take to keep going. But I'm sure theres a large group of clever engineers who have found a few things.

Glad to help!

Btw, my post are always either serious when needed, or some form of sarcasm. It's never personal so never take it that way. Life's to short to take things seriously all the time
