Post egr airflow throttle control performance circuirt? p0488

i have a 07 with all the deletes done and i keep getting a code on my smarty saying egr airflow throttle control performance circuit does anyone know what that is and how to get rid of the code? thanks

Sounds like you forgot to unplug the Throttle Valve connector.

Turn off the truck unplug it and then clear codes with your smarty. You should be go after that.

I just had the same code pop up yesterday. I have been running code free since october and i have the throttle valve connector unplugged. I have cleared the code but it comes up the next time i start the truck. Any suggestions? 08 smarty jr & egr dpf delete

Ive got the same problem. Ive been code free for over a year and now all of the sudden i cant get the P0488 to go away.

go to mads website and download the latest software onto your programmer then reprogram your truck. It worked for me

First off, don't go to mads site and download a tune if you're deleted. They no longer have delete/me tunes on their site.

Second, no you can load a new tune over the existing one.

2007.5 Black Ram 2500 MC SLT 6.7, 2wd, 68rfe, 3.73 diff
Edge CTS, SmartyJr tuned, PML xtra deep trans pan and 2 add on fuel filters
(delete parts are no longer in the garage)
